A Typical Day at the Retreat
Juice Fast Program
Prior to 9am, open tea bar

9:00am First Juice (usually melon)
​
9am to 11am optional dry brushing and colon cleansing
​
11am broth
​
11:45 am Hatha Yoga
​
1:15 Tropical smoothie of the day (juice, but served in smoothie form)
​
2pm free time for walking or depending upon the day, optional guided excursion
​
3:20 Red drink, AKA beta carotene slam (can be taken with you for walks and excursions)
​
5:45 Dinner juices; Lightly warmed vegetable "soup", shot of greens, probiotic lemonade drink
​
6:30 sorbet of the day (juice, but served in the form of sorbet)
​
6:45 discussion/lecture, movie or workshop (generally 5 out of 7 nights)

8:30 Green Drink
​

Health eating program- all meals are gluten and dairy free
​
tea bar open prior to 9am and all day

9am breakfast

10:30am Hatha Yoga

12:15 Lunch
​
2pm free time for walking or depending upon the day, optional guided excursion

3:20 fresh juice snack or other healthy snack

5:30 dinner served
