Tranquilo Vacation Retreat

RATES:
6 bedrooms, which includes 2 guest houses on the same gated property, each with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plus all of the retreat amenities up to 22 people
$1390 weekly for first four people, $12/day for each additional person
(toddlers under 2 free, up to 1 free toddler per paying adult)
$240 daily for first four people, $12/day for each additional person
**Option to add up 2 more air conditioned bedrooms with private baths in the caretakers residence. One bedroom sleeps 3 people, the other sleeps 4 people. Add $60 night for each bedroom (first 2 people, $12/night for each additional) or $395 week for each additional bedroom for the first 2 people, $12/night for each additional.
Our beautiful vacation retreat is situated in the ocean side village of Cabuya Costa Rica. We have two basic packages available.
OPTION 1: The first is rental of both guest houses, each of which is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath and can sleep up to 11 each (for a total of 22 people) and all of the retreat grounds which includes the Yoga Pavilion, Pool w/waterfall, 10 person cool water Jacuzzi, Massage hut, wireless internet, walking paths and lovely gardens. All bedrooms are air conditioned with their own bathroom and each guest house has a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, and lovely terrace with hammock and other seating. The caretakers/owners live in the corner of the property for added security, to do the regular pool cleaning and maintenance and the grounds maintenance (they are also available for information, tour activity booking and movie and book lending from their media library).
Each house has one bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, one bedroom with a King bed that can be separated into two twin beds and one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The living room of each house also has a futon that can sleep up to 2.
Rates: Both houses rent for $1390 for the first four people, $12/day for each additional guest age 2 or over. Children under age 2 are free (up to one free young child for each paying adult).
OPTION 2: Include both guest houses with all amenities as well as two bed & breakfast style, air conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bath, in the owners main house. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and a single bed, the other has a double bed and a bunk bed. These rooms sleep up to another 7 people, for a total of 29 guests. It is a great option for weddings, retreat events or simply larger groups that require additional space.
Rates: Each of the extra guests rooms rent for $60/night for the first two people, $12/night for each additional person age 2 or over.
Just up the road is the entrance to the famed national rainforest park, Cabo Blanco Park. Experience an authentic and friendly Costa Rican village. The village has several good restaurants (sea food, typical food, sushi, pizza and more), a bakery, gift shop, fishing supplies, two markets and a local bar. Right within the village there is access to horseback riding, ATV rentals, fishing tours, snorkeling (off of Cabuya Island), hiking and biking. Only four miles away in one direction is the popular tourist town of Montezuma (shops, surfing, more beaches, restaurants, ziplining and night life). Four mile in another direction is Mal Pais/Santa Theresa which offers similar amenities to Montezuma.
